MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF CCRWD#2
The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Rural Water District No. 2 of Cass County, Nebraska was held at 108 So. 4th Street, Elmwood, Nebraska on the 13th day of March 2025 at 7:30 p.m. Present were Don Edwards, John Wagoner, Ted Retzlaff, Travis Isaacs, Martha Rhoades, Bill Ross, Kiel Lawrence, Manager Mark Hogue Water operator Jeff Clymer. Not in attendance John Wagoner and Assistant Manager Troy Callaway.
Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by newspaper publication and posting at the District Office, two of the designated methods of giving notice, as shown by the Affidavit of Publication
(Certificate of Posting Notice) attached to these minutes. Notice of this meeting and an agenda were emailed to the Chairman and all members of the Board and are attached to the minutes. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public.
Chairman Don Edwards called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m. and he announced the open meetings act is posted on the wall in the office.

Treasurer’s Report – Review by Mark. Motion to approve financials made by Martha – 2nd Kiel, Roll Call Vote motion approved 6-0
Assistant Manager’s Report – Jeff Clymer – Jeff has been covering some of Troy’s workload and working on locates, doing well checks, and recording chlorine residual everyday. Mark took the monthly samples. Troy and Mark read meters on 2-20-25.
Office Report – 1 customer on the late list, and a disconnect notice will be sent if not paid by the 15th. Customer bills sent on 2-24-25.

An announcement was made as a reminder. The annual dinner will be at Havelock Misty’s on March 20th.
